10,000 tickets to be won to The
X Factor Final! It's got everyone TalkTalking...

In 2012, The X Factor returned for its ninth series. For the second year running, we created a ticket giveaway to reward TalkTalk’s most loyal customers, and help support the launch of TalkTalk TV.

Over the course of the 11 week series, we gave away a mind-blowing 10,000 tickets to the X Factor Final which was, for the first time ever, held in Manchester!

We created an engaging Facebook promotion where TalkTalk customers could enter by answering a simple but fun ‘X Factor Trivia Question’.

Every day, winners from the correct entrants were selected at random to receive 4 tickets to the X Factor Final.  We posted each winner on the TalkTalk X Factor Facebook page to encourage entrants to keep a keen eye on the page to see if they had won and if not, to have another go!

Through compelling community management including flash giveaways, contestant takeovers and exclusive backstage footage we also grew TalkTalk's community by more than 100,000 people during the campaign period.

The campaign continues into 2013 with a ticket giveaway for The X Factor Live Tour across the UK.

100 X Factor tickets for 100 Days. That's something to TalkTalk about…

To celebrate the return of the hit show's 8th series, we launched the TalkTalk X Factor ticket giveaway.

In 2011, the X Factor Live Final was taken out of the studio and hit Wembley Arena and TalkTalk gave customers 100 tickets to the Wembley shows every day for 100 days. We created an engaging Facebook promotion where existing TalkTalk customers could enter one of 100 daily draws by registering their details and answering a simple but fun
'Pop Challenge'.

Every day, for the 100 days taking us through to the live shows, 25 lucky winners each received 4 tickets to The X Factor Live Final at Wembley Arena. Entrants were keeping a keen eye on the Facebook page for news and updates, especially with previous day's winners being published every afternoon at midday.
